Laura Ionata
Currently a resident of one of the River Towns in Westchester, Laura is proud to hold dual licensure in both Westchester as well as NYC. She is thrilled to be an agent at the Corcoran Legends Realty office in Briarcliff, and to also be an agent at the West Side Corcoran office located at 888 7th Avenue in Manhattan. Prior to joining Corcoran in 2018, Laura represented sellers, buyers and renters at a boutique firm in Manhattan for 5 years. She lived in NYC from 2002 until 2020 - in multiple neighborhoods, in three boroughs - and possesses a vast knowledge of the city, and its varied neighborhoods, as well as its real estate markets. She is well equipped to guide her clients in any location. In addition to a strong client base, Laura has formed solid relationships with key players in the real estate industry, such as attorneys, mortgage professionals, contractors, architects, inspectors, investors and landlords. She is truly a one-stop shop, as she possesses all the tools needed for a smooth transaction and she uses them all well! Joel Mark Francisco

Francis O'Shea
With over a decade of experience in New York real estate and conservation, and eight years as a homeowner in the Rivertowns, Francis brings a wealth of experience to bear in service of his clients, both as a professional and a principal. Having bought, renovated and sold multiple properties in Irvington all while raising a family, Francis is deeply embedded in the local community and eager to educate first time buyers and experienced home owners what life in the Rivertowns is all about. Francis is passionate about architecture, remodeling, regenerative gardening, music, hiking, golf and rock climbing. Francis is an active member of the community as a member of the Irvington Volunteer Fire Department, The Irvington Woods Committee, and Co-Chair of the Irvington Parks and Recreation Fundraising and Community Events Committee. Francis lives in Irvington with his wife Erika, and their daughters Margaret and Edith.
